Dear colleagues,<\/p>

I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for your continued dedication and hard work. It is thanks to your collective commitment that our company has built and maintained a reputation<\/strong> for outstanding quality and industrial performance over the years. This reputation is the cornerstone of our success and the foundation upon which we continue to grow.<\/p>

Recently, however, we have faced some challenges in maintaining our high standards. Quality escapes<\/strong> have occurred in certain areas, and I want to acknowledge these openly. While these incidents are disappointing, they serve as a timely reminder of the importance of adhering strictly to our quality system and processes. Our customers rely on us, and it is our shared responsibility to ensure that every product and service meets the highest standards. I am confident that, together, we will learn from these experiences and emerge even stronger and more capable.<\/p>

On the delivery front, we have experienced delays that tested both our customer\u2019s and our resilience and adaptability. I am pleased to report that, through your perseverance and collaborative spirit, we are on the path to recovery. Our teams are working tirelessly to address internal and external supply challenges, and we are now seeing significant improvements in deliveries to our customers. 100%<\/strong> OTD adherence <\/strong>needs to again become the norm for Aernnova.<\/p>

Inflationary pressures have resulted in reduced margins, and we are actively engaged in negotiations with our customers to secure necessary price increases. In parallel, we must continue to focus on cost reduction<\/strong> to remain competitive in an increasingly demanding market. Every effort to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimise our resources contributes directly to our long-term success. I encourage everyone to look for opportunities, big and small, to help drive these improvements.<\/p>

Another priority is managing our inventory levels<\/strong>. By reducing excess inventory, we can free up valuable cash to fund future growth. This is essential if we are to seize the opportunities ahead and continue investing in our people, technology, capacity and new program opportunities.<\/p>

Earlier this year, I shared with you that our new CEO, Andre Wall, will be joining us. I am now pleased to confirm that Andre will officially start with us on July 19th. Andre brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, and I am confident that he will work closely with all of you to help deliver this bright future for Aernnova.<\/p>

Our journey will not be without its challenges, but with your talent, determination, and teamwork, I believe we will achieve remarkable things together.<\/p>
