In other words, the people who perform the activities of our daily business in Aernnova are the best positioned to propose and implement the most relevant improvements.<\/p><p>The Idem Channel was born in Aernnova more than fifteen years ago with the aim of encouraging and channel continuous improvement proposals in all employees of the Group. Throughout its history, the Idem Channel has managed to establish a two-way communication channel for proposals that have improved the efficiency of processes, safety at work and the sustainability of our activities.<\/p><p>In 2023, 1,808 suggestions for improvement were made through the Idem Channel, almost half a suggestion per employee (*). Forty-six percent of the suggestions received have been implemented and, in addition to improving safety at work and contributing to sustainability, they will result in net savings of 2.6 million euros. Simply amazing.<\/p><p>For all the above, I would like to take advantage of this new issue of ANNnews to thank you for your participation and commitment to continuous improvement through your proposals in the IDEM Channel.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t miss the articles dedicated to IDEM Awards 2023.
