It all started 6 years ago thanks to an \u201cImprovement Idea\u201d (IDEM).\u00a0 We had never organized something similar, with the involvement of the families of the employees.\u00a0 That is how the IDEM team organised the first Christmas greetings cards contest in which all the children of the employees who work at Mi\u00f1ano could participate.\u00a0\u00a0 The idea was very successful. Between 60 and 80 children take part every year. We give 2 prizes, depending on the category (5\/8 years and 9\/12 years).\u00a0 A card of a shopping center with 200\u20ac for each winner. Additionally, all the children who take part in the contest receive a little gift.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As part of Aernnova’s social commitment, we have always tried to collaborate with different Associations (DUCHENNE PARENT PROJECT – Association created and run by parents of children with Muscular Dystrophy; ASPANAFOA – Association of parents of children with cancer in Alava, UNICEF, ….).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Just the year before the pandemic we organized a small event for the prize-giving ceremony where we met all the children who took part in the 4th competition. They exhibited their works of art and spent a very nice afternoon with them.\u00a0 Unfortunately, the pandemic has not allowed us to do this, but we are sure that next year we will get together again.<\/p>

With no doubt, it is a very positive experience, both for the children who participate and for the parents. We have received many congratulations from them. It is a real satisfaction to see the acceptance of this beautiful idea.<\/p>
