In Aernnova, On Time Delivery (OTD) is not just an operational indicator: it is a reflection of who we are and how we understand our commitment to the customer.
It is no coincidence that our main operational strategic pillar is Industrial Performance, which defines our obsession with delivering our customers’ products on time and on quality. Everything we do — every decision we make and every improvement we implement—is aimed at meeting our customers’ expectations, not occasionally, but systematically and predictably.
Over the years, we have proven that maintaining OTD figures above 99% is not only possible, but part of our identity. It is, ultimately, a hallmark of who we are. The market recognizes us for this, and our customers trust our ability to always meet our commitments.
This has not been the best year in terms of OTD performance at Aernnova. Specific situations such as supply chain volatility for certain commodities and the simultaneous launch of the new ERP system across eleven plants, among others, have driven OTD indicators below target and impacted several programs, despite the great effort made by everyone. Fortunately, and thanks to that same effort, these challenges are being resolved and deliveries are returning to normal.
We know that when OTD drops, the impact is immediate: customer pressure, recovery plans, out-of-sequence work, overtime, urgent logistics… All of this represents an additional economic and organizational effort, as well as an increased risk to final product quality. That is why we do not see high OTD as an option, but as a strategic necessity and a commitment to ourselves and our customers.
Achieving and maintaining OTD above 99% requires perfect coordination across all areas: programs, planning, purchasing, supply chain, production, and support. Each department contributes an essential piece to the machinery that allows us to deliver on time without compromising quality or safety.
Our constant challenge is to sustain that level of excellence. To do so, we must continue to foster the collaboration, anticipation, and operational discipline that define us.
Because in our company, delivering on time is not a result—it is a way of working, thinking, and fulfilling our promises.
