Aernnova has grown in the last three years, during the Covid recovery, at a growth rate well above of annual double-digit percentage. The effort of our entire organization to execute such growth while improving quality and safety rates, which is our priority, has been remarkable and successful. The growth we expect in 2025, while still relevant, is more moderate (below 10%), even more so after the latest A350 demand adjustments.
In this context of less demanding growth, and with the objective of maintaining and improving Aernnova’s competitiveness to guarantee its future, we must channel our work into improving our operational efficiency. Our objective is to remain leaders in our sector, and not being efficient will cost us dearly.
Improving the company’s efficiency means optimizing the use of our resources, meeting -and exceeding- the standards set for our processes, continuously seeking to improve standards, reducing consumption, optimizing procurement costs… in short, doing more with less, in all areas and levels of the organization.
We have tools in the organization that should help us in this improvement. I mention two: Canal Idem (our way of encouraging ‘kaizen’ or continuous improvement and making it flow from each of us who make up Aernnova), which is part of our Lean methodology, and Zero Latency, Aernnova’s new digital operating system, which will be implemented in a few weeks in most of our companies and will allow us better access to information and greater agility to adapt our activity to a volatile environment. But the most powerful tool lies in the knowledge of our processes and the attitude of, with a critical, constructive and demanding look, making them more efficient every day.
