With the aim of continuing to promote internal communication in one of its best forms, interpersonal communication, we continue to hold the Breakfasts with the CEO, which on this occasion took place at Aernnova Évora.

The aim of these meetings is to get to know the vision that employees have of the company, to be able to ask questions or raise concerns and to establish conversations on topics of interest in a relaxed and close atmosphere that has a positive impact on the commitment and cohesion of the teams that form part of the Aernnova Group.

Ricardo, first of all, wanted to share his vision of the business with the Évora staff who attended this breakfast. His message was one of confidence “acquiring the Évora factories was a big bet of the Aernnova Group with very promising perspectives”. In terms of customers and projects, Ricardo commented that there are many long term live orders.

As a general balance, the employees have been able to know some details of the market growth, as well as the growth perspectives of the group. This meeting was very important for the Évora staff, as they were able to better understand the integration of the Portuguese company and its role within the Aernnova Group.
