VICTORIA LÓPEZ
Responsible for Production in different areas in ICSA (Toledo)
I started my career in Aernnova in 2003 in the ICSA plant, Toledo, after studying Industrial Engineering.
My first years I was focused on planning, production management and outsourcing departments, until in 2010 I developed my work as program manager of the defense area and production engineer in the RTM area, as we began the industrialization of the A350 HTP package.
Those were years of hard work, but one of the most rewarding stages of my career.
Starting the path and being part of the development of this technology that has allowed Aernnova to position itself as a leading company in RTM, is something that has made me grow as a professional and has given me great satisfaction as it was a major challenge.
In 2015 another great challenge arise: the transfer of the A350 passenger doors, not only because of the complexity of the project, but also because of the ramp up to which we had committed ourselves and that, thanks to the exceptional work done, we successfully achieved.
In 2016, I started my career as production manager of the RTM area.
Finally, in 2023, I was given the opportunity to continue performing the tasks of production manager in the other areas of the plant.
In recent years, I have collaborated with the association “Mujeres Ingeniosas”, which aims to bring engineering closer to girls in order to encourage them to decide for a future that revolves around it, showing them how exciting it can be to develop a working life as an engineer. I am also a member of the association EVA (Ellas Vuelan Alto-Women fly high).
Achieving with effort, teamwork and excitement, the challenges that we face in a world as attractive as the aeronautical, is an essential part of my development as a person.
This is a challenge, and luckily, we are the chosen ones.
MÓNICA BERDEAL
Head of Aernnova Engineering Divison office in Madrid and Head of the Quality and Certification Department
I have always liked aircrafts, so I studied Aeronautical Technical Engineering specializing in Aircraft at the University of Madrid.
I started at Aernnova in 2001 in the Quality and Certification department in the A380 Section 19 Program.
In 2006 Aernnova achieves DOA Certification with EASA and I participate as an
Airworthiness Engineer in the approval of repairs and minor modifications of airplanes and helicopters.
In 2008 I started to work in the A350HTP&Elevator Project as
Engineering Quality and Certification Manager.
In 2012 I held the position of Head of Engineering for the A350HTP&Elevator Project version 1000, leading the project planning, risk management, deliverables and Concurrent Engineering.
In 2015-2016 I worked on the Beluga XL project as Head of Engineering in the project planning, documentation management, risks and deliverables part.
In 2021 I started my stage as Head of Engineering Office of AED Madrid and Focal point with Airbus for all Engineering Projects (A380 HTP, A380 S19, A330 MLGD, Beluga XL and A350HTP & Elevator) keeping the position of Head of Quality and Certification of AED.
My main objective is to promote teamwork within the projects and meet the needs of all my colleagues in all areas, work and personal. Without people there are no projects, and we need our work and professional environment to be comfortable so that our projects go ahead, be competitive and our customers are happy.
On June 19, due to the growth we are having with new projects, we have moved our Madrid office to a new location that allows us more comfort and a projection as a leading Aeronautical Engineering company in Madrid.
